Kurve Control is NOT responsible for lost packages marked delivered according to tracking or orders submitted with incomplete addresses..

The address on your package is not an authorized return address sending it back to that address is a forfeiture of Exchange/Store Credit. The same applies to packages returned to sender.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard international shipping time is 2-4 weeks. Packages may not include tracking.

We do offer International shipping. Transit times for international orders vary depending on how long the package is in customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country or for any orders lost in transit

Please note that buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

EXCHANGES:

Due to concerns with *COVID19* we are no longer offering exchanges. 

If you would like to do this response to this email and we will set up a one time use code that you may use to place a new order.

We do not offer cash refunds. All order may be given store credit which can be used on our store at anytime.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges are welcome for all unworn items only.Must be shipped back in correct manner that means using correct sized envelopes or boxes No exceptions will be made. We will inspect all packages to insure this.

It is your responsibility to follow our sizing chart to obtain the correct size.

Any store credit returns or exchanges not in the accepted conditions listed above will be disposed of with no refund.

Store Credit/Exchanges require prior authorization. Failure to receive authorization before returning your order will results in NO Exchange/Store Credit.

Shipping

All customer cancelled orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee . This fee is based on the merchandise value.
